The law is clear. If you finance companies producing or selling controlled substances without a federal permit to do so your funds could be at risk. If you finance companies that controlled substance producers or sellers purchase products from, you are not at risk. Common sense explains this along with several court cases on record backing up the consensus. Otherwise if Home Depot sold lighting, wiring, switches, flooring, drywall, the list can go on forever; Home Depot would be in federal court right now along with every bank that financed Home Depot for selling to MJ companies.
